Scope
This policy applies only to the website tantia.consulting
operated by Tantia Consulting. It does not cover signed consulting contracts, which are governed by project-specific confidentiality clauses.
What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide or data needed to operate the site:
- Contact data (name, email, company, optional phone) when you submit a form.
- The content of the message you send us.
- Technical data (abbreviated IP, user-agent, language) for aggregated analytics and abuse prevention.
- Cookie consent preference (stored locally in your browser).
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your contact request, quote, or guide download.
- Sending you the digital materials you requested.
- Operating the site safely (rate-limiting, anti-fraud, aggregated analytics).
- Fulfilling legal obligations in Mexico (tax retention, where applicable).
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept in Tantia Consulting's inbox as long as they are operationally useful (max 24 months). Analytics data is aggregated at cohort level with no personal identifiers.
Who we share with
We share data only with processors needed to operate the site:
- Resend (transactional email delivery).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot verification).
- Stripe (course payments, when applicable).
- Upstash Redis (rate-limiting).
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (aggregated metrics, opt-in).
Your rights
You can exercise ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) at any time by writing to contacto@tantia.consulting. You can also withdraw cookie consent from the banner or by clearing your browser preferences.
