We maintain a Risk & Opportunity Matrix aligned with ISO 9001 clause 6.1, covering strategic, development, consulting, legal, operational and financial processes. Every risk has an assigned strategy (prevent, mitigate, transfer) and mitigating actions with owner and review cadence. The matrix is reviewed quarterly by the Legal Partner, Technology Partner and QMS Lead.
