is an informational and educational site about ISO certifications, quality management systems, and the integration of artificial intelligence in industrial processes. Content is general in nature and does not constitute binding legal, technical, or contractual advice.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, code, methodologies) is owned by Tantia Consulting or used under license. You may quote excerpts with attribution and a link back to the site. Full reproduction of articles or guides without written authorization is prohibited.
Trademarks and third-party content
ISO®, IATF®, and other referenced standards are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Tantia Consulting is not a certification body; we operate as an implementation consultancy. Stock imagery is attributed on the credits page.
Forms and communication
By submitting a form you accept that Tantia Consulting may contact you through the provided channels. We do not send spam or sell your data to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link included in each email.
Courses and payments
Paid courses are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are detailed on each course page and in the confirmation email. Free courses require no payment; they are delivered after email confirmation.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". Tantia Consulting is not liable for decisions you make based solely on the public content without professional accompaniment. Formal advisory requires a specific contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or applicable regulations change. The last update date appears above. Substantive changes are announced for 30 days in the site banner.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
