The five axes we review
- Governance: who owns the QMS, how they report, what commitment leadership provides.
- Critical processes: which ones have the greatest impact and which are documented.
- Digital architecture: which systems hold data usable for automated evidence.
- Culture: how open the organization is to operational change.
- Regulatory compliance: which standards apply beyond the target ISO standard.
Deliverable
A written diagnosis with: suggested scope, prioritized gap, realistic timeline estimate and investment range. Without this, any implementation starts on shaky ground.
